The platform guides investigators through key stages of the investigation process, including allegation structuring, evidence organisation, and evidence analysis. It supports investigators in assessing supporting and contradictory evidence, identifying evidentiary gaps, and applying the balance of probabilities with appropriate regard to the Briginshaw principle.
Rather than replacing investigator judgement, the platform provides a disciplined framework that helps produce well-reasoned findings and professional investigation reports.
